Refund policy

Coaching:

• Rescheduling: Please reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Each client is permitted one courtesy reschedule if they arrive more than five minutes late or miss their appointment entirely.
• Late Arrivals: A five-minute grace period is provided. If you have not joined the session within five minutes and have not contacted us, the appointment will be considered a no-show. In such cases, one reschedule may be granted as a courtesy.
• No-Shows: Missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable. However, clients are allowed one reschedule for a no-show or late arrival beyond the grace period. Any additional missed appointments will require a new session purchase to book again.
